Chief Financial Officer - Dept RL
Greenwich House, Inc. is looking for an experienced CFO. We are only accepting resumes with Non-profit experience. Individual will be primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functionality of the finance department. As a member of the Executive Team, the CFO is expected to partner with other team members to proactively manage the financial stability and risk of the agency. The CFO values the mission of the agency and incorporates it into the daily functioning of the departments he/she oversees. The CFO works closely with and reports to the Executive Director/CEO. Reporting to the CFO are Revenue Manager, Grants Administrator, Accounting Manager and staff level accounting personnel. The CFO will work closely with the BOD and Finance Committee. Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting - CPA preferred but not necessary. Ten to fifteen years experience in a senior financial leadership role within a social service or other major not-for-profit organization; extensive knowledge of general finance and accounting principles, including forecasting, variance analysis and financial statement analysis; demonstrated ability to understand financial statements and operations, to partner with financial auditors, and to translate financial information for managerial action; familiarity with major government funding sources and protocols; well-versed in computer operations and the ability to provider leadership to the finance department; supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate staff, work effectively with colleagues and department heads and report upstream effectively; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to write clearly and concisely, present numerical data effectively, and interact with both financial and non-financial professionals; superior organizational, time-management and follow-up skills; effective and creative problem-solving skills; passion for issues surrounding public service, social welfare, social justice and/or social entrepreneurship. Assistant Nurse Supervisor, RN - MMTP - Dept GR
The ideal candidate is a New York State licensed Registered Nurse. MUST have at least 2 years management experience as an Assistant Nurse Supervisor in a substance abuse environment managing staff. Candidate must demonstrate clinical competence and leadership traits. The individual will assist in managing and dispensing of maintenance medication to opiate-dependent patients, and has a leading role on the interdisciplinary treatment team. Assumes Nursing Supervisor responsibilities in that person’s absence. Supervises nursing staff, scheduling coverage and assigns duties to nursing staff based on patient and clinic needs and available staff. Organizes and tracks pharmacy and related supplies, maintenance of equipment, ordering deliveries of methadone, keeping dispensing records, monthly DEA report, patient record updates, and coordinating patient’s appointments with other medical staff. Must be able collaborate with Program Director, Physician, Physician Assistant, and other staff as part of the treatment team. Dispense and administer prescribed medication; maintain accountability, adequate record keeping and documentation. Knowledge of all state and federal regulations and accreditations standards as well as program policies and procedures including HIPAA requirements. Carries out MD/PA orders and assist during crisis, emergencies and other procedures. Ensures nursing participation in clinic meeting, interdisciplinary case conferences, and participation in program committees as needed. Must be computer literate, bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
