Our staff of highly trained teachers and assistants bring practical expertise, passion and commitment to their jobs.
Every lead teacher has, or is presently working on, a Master’s degree in early childhood education and is New York State certified. Our assistant teachers have all had prior experience working with children, and many are also presently enrolled in Master’s programs.
Our teachers are thoroughly prepared with comprehensive lesson plans that implement the Barrow Street Nursery School philosophy and curriculum, and fulfill our promise to give all of the children a foundation for learning. Look at a sample of a class schedule!
