The Greenwich House Outpatient Chemical Dependency Program offers a broad range of services to underserved populations.Our specialized program tracks give individuals the support they need to overcome their addictions, regain self-sufficiency, integrate into society and build rewarding lives. Our professionally licensed social workers and counselors work with more than 300 clients, offering:
- Individual, Couples and Family Treatment
- Group and Specialty Group Treatment
- Psychiatric Evaluation, Dual Diagnosis Treatment
- Medication Management and Suboxone Maintenance
- Vocational, Educational and Computer Programs
- Services for those dealing with family members, friends or partners struggling with addiction

Fees
We accept Medicaid and participate in many commercial insurance and managed-care plans. We can verify your coverage and obtain service authorization, where applicable. Fees can also be calculated on a sliding scale.
The Greenwich House Outpatient Chemical Dependency Program is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS); it is funded by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
