Running a settlement house that serves the needs of so many people of all ages is an expensive endeavor. From the Barrow Street Nursery School to our own pottery and music school...we are always in need of supplies. And you may be able to provide us with some of them.
Please take a moment to review the list of things we need…anything you can provide Greenwich House will help sustain our vital programs and will make an enormous difference!
Please call the program to which you are interested in donating to make arrangements for your drop off.
General Guidelines:
We cannot accept old or obsolete computer hardware or software. It is not compatible with current systems and is difficult to dispose of or store. If you have computer components you wish to dispose of, please contact one of the following resources:
Holiday Toys & Gifts: we accept only new, unwrapped gifts for our annual holiday gift drive; some gifts, if opened but unused, are acceptable.
We do not have the resources to pick-up donations except under unusual circumstances; please make arrangements to bring items to a specific program location or contact our Facilities Manager: 212-242-4140, ext. 253, for more information.
If you want a letter acknowledging your in-kind donation, please contact the Development Department: 212-991-0003, ext. 401, or send a letter with your name, address and description or itemized list of the donation to:
