DESCRIPTION:To celebrate our 120th anniversary the Greenwich House Older Adult Centers will be holding a series of open houses spotlighting some of our wonderful classes for adults 60+: \n\nNovember 3 – Stuyvesant High Students Teach Tech – Independence Plaza\, 320 Greenwich St. 2nd Floor\, NY\, NY 10013\, 4pm\nLearn smartphone\, laptop\, and/or tablet basics\, or ask any tech-related questions\n \nNovember 4 –  Dances for a Variable Population – Westbeth\, 155 Bank St. NY\, NY 10014\, 11am\nGentle dancing promotes flexibility and balance with some great music to boot!\n\nNovember 9 – “Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo” – Center on the Square\, 20 Washington Square N. NY\, NY 10011\, 2pm\nA classical ballet class designed for the older “artiste”; no dance experience necessary\n \nNovember 17 – Thanksgiving Lunch – At each Center location – 12 – 2pm\nWith the help and thanks of our corporate volunteers

The talk is in conjunction with his solo exhibition\, Wansoo Kim: Vessels\, on view in the Jane Hartsook Gallery. To read more about the exhibition\, click here. \nWansoo Kim is a Tennessee-based artist who earned his MFA from the University of Nebraska and his BFA from Seoul National University of Science and Technology. Recent solo exhibitions include Watkins College of Art at Belmont University (Nashville\, TN; 2022)\, The New Gallery at Austin Peay State University (Clarksville\, TN; 2021)\, and E. Bronson Ingram Studio Arts Center (Nashville\, TN; 2020). He is an assistant professor of ceramics at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville\, Tennessee. \n  \n
