Alexxis Lugo, LCSW
Alexxis Lugo, LCSW joined the Center for Resiliency and Wellness at Greenwich House as a Therapist in December 2025. She is passionate about providing holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. Alexxis takes an eclectic approach to therapy, emphasizing collaboration and meeting clients where they are at the start of treatment to work toward meaningful, individualized goals. Her work is grounded in a strengths-based framework, recognizing the inherent resilience and capacity for growth within every individual.
Prior to joining Greenwich House, Alexxis worked at Community Health Action of Staten Island in partnership with the Staten Island Family Justice Center, where she provided counseling and supportive services to individuals impacted by domestic and gender-based violence. She also has experience delivering therapeutic services to children and adolescents affected by trauma.
Alexxis holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the College of Staten Island.
