Preparing middle school students for the academic and social challenges they will encounter in high school, college, and beyond, is the foundation of Greenwich House’s YCC Discovery & YCC Pathway. We provide our students with the critical tools, resources, advisor, coaching, and social/emotional counseling that will help them and their families attain their goals. This is open to youth in grades 6-8 during the hours of 3:30 – 5:30 p.m.
