Led by the vibrant and experienced instructor, JaZell, this class focuses on Strength, Agility, and Independence for a Lifetime (S.A.I.L).

Embrace a holistic approach to fitness that combines gentle movements, balance exercises, and light resistance training to improve overall strength, flexibility, and coordination.
