Qi Gong is a sequence of movements which collects, generates, and circulates chi (vital life energy) This form sits or stands in one place and ultimately moves every joint in the body, mind and spirit.
Friday Night Fun takes place from 5:30– 9 pm and is open to all children in grades K – 12. Pizza, popcorn, and other light refreshments will be served.
Walking class will meet every Monday to take walks around the West and East Village area. The class will walk for 30 minutes.
