Frederica Scott

Frederica Scott is a Case Manager at Lifelong Skills and Opportunity Center, supporting Workforce Services and Older Adult Employment programs. After enrolling in October 2025 and completing digital literacy instruction, Frederica was offered a part-time Case Manager position. She brings a strong background in customer service from roles at New York University and upscale New York salons, and is a graduate of New York University.
