Regina Noel, LMHC
Regina Noel, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor with expertise in substance use treatment, forensic psychology, and court-mandated services. She joined Greenwich House in September 2025 as Director of Geriatric Mental Health, bringing extensive experience in program management, client care, and cross-sector collaboration.
Prior to joining Greenwich House, Regina served as Mental Health Coordinator at the Brooklyn Treatment Court, where she managed grant-funded programs, supervised clinical staff, and developed partnerships with local treatment providers to strengthen client support networks. She also worked as a mental health counselor at the Counseling Service of Eastern District New York, supporting clients navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health needs.
Fluent in Haitian Creole, Regina is committed to culturally responsive care and holistic approaches to recovery and reintegration. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
