Dodgeball (Mondays)

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

It is about high energy fun! Kids play different versions of dodgeball and variations in strategies. Dodgeball is excellent for developing hand/eye coordination while also providing a great cardio workout.

The course will help your child improve agility and awareness, build athleticism and learn proper mechanics of the game. Kids will also group into teams and play tournaments/playoff for trophies and rewards.
