Hands in Clay, Mind at Ease: A Pinch Pot Workshop
80 Eighth Ave., Suite 601
Slow down, breathe, and connect with clay in this calming, hands-on workshop designed to nourish both mind and creativity. Pinch pots are a simple yet meditative pottery form, offering a perfect way to explore mindfulness through touch, movement, and intention.
Guided by our instructor, you’ll shape a series of pinch pots while practicing techniques that promote relaxation and focus. With no pressure to create a final product, this workshop allows you to fully immerse yourself in the process, letting the clay become a tool for presence and self-care.
No prior experience needed—just bring an open mind and enjoy the journey.
Pots created in this session will be recycled rather than fired.
Ages 18 and up.
