Creative Therapy Group for Anxiety and Depression

Join us for an 8-week group therapy experience that integrates clay-making into the healing process. This supportive space helps participants explore creativity while learning skills to manage anxiety and depression. Through hands-on pottery activities led by Greenwich House Pottery, and participants will gain mindfulness techniques, coping strategies, and a sense of connection with others.
Insurance:
Commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, supplemental insurance, and a sliding scale based on need. Services are available regardless of the ability to pay.
