Healing Through Clay: Growth in Aging

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Creative Clay Therapy Group for Adults 50+

623 Broadway, 2nd floor Conference Room| Center for Resiliency and Wellness

Join us for an 8-week group therapy experience for adults 50 and older. Participants will gain greater self-compassion, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of meaning in their aging journey.

In addition to learning therapeutic coping skills, members will develop technical pottery skills taught by Greenwich House Pottery. Over the course of 8 sessions, you will create a professionally fired clay piece that reflects the “self” you have explored, honored, and shaped throughout the group.

*If you are not currently a member of CRW and would like to join group, a 45-minute intake session will need to be conducted prior to joining group. Call or email to schedule with Director of Intakes, and specify Healing Through Clay.

Insurance:

Commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, supplemental insurance, and a sliding scale based on need. Services are available regardless of the ability to pay.
