Pathways Through Grief
Therapy Group for Individuals Navigating Loss and Grief
623 Broadway, 2nd floor | Center for Resiliency and Wellness
Starting January 13, 2026 | Hybrid Sessions | 60 Minutes
Pathways Through Grief is a 12-week therapeutic experience led by Pekky Marquez, LMSW. This group offers a dedicated space for those seeking specialized mental health therapy to navigate the complexities of loss. Each 60-minute session is designed to foster safety, validation, and communal healing.
Our Approach to Healing
In this group, we recognize that grief is not a set of “stages” to be completed, but a unique process of integration. This form of mental health therapy focuses on normalizing the wide range of emotional, physical, and cognitive reactions that follow a loss.
Through gentle guided sharing, we provide participants the opportunity to explore how loss impacts identity and self-concept. Rather than focusing on “moving on,” our sessions focus on making sense of a new reality. We help you find ways to maintain a lasting connection to what was lost while slowly rebuilding a life that feels meaningful again.
Whether you are dealing with a recent event or the long-term impact of secondary losses, this hybrid group provides a compassionate path forward.
