Resilient Men Group Therapy
Overcoming Depression Together

In this group therapy session, participants will explore the unique challenges men face with depression, breaking down stigma and developing healthier coping strategies. Weekly sessions will provide a safe space to share experiences, examine the roots of low self-esteem, and strengthen emotional resilience. Activities will include psychoeducation, group discussion, and CBT-based exercises to promote healing and personal growth.
Insurance:
Commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, supplemental insurance, and a sliding scale based on need. Services are available regardless of the ability to pay.
