The Write About It therapy group offers a safe, supportive space for participants to explore their experiences, build coping skills, and foster resilience through memoir writing and therapeutic techniques. Using structured writing and drawing prompts, discussions, and evidence-based interventions, participants will process emotions, gain insights into their personal narratives, and develop strategies for emotional well-being. Each week will focus on a specific aspect of emotional health, with guided prompts for reflection and discussion.

Insurance:

Commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, supplemental insurance, and a sliding scale based on need. Services are available regardless of the ability to pay.
