CPR and First Aid Training

The Lifelong Skills and Opportunity Center offers CPR and First Aid training on the third Friday of every month.
Course Length: 2-3 hours
Cost: $125 per person
What You’ll Learn:
- CPR Techniques: Learn how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants.
- AED Use: Master how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to potentially save someone in cardiac arrest.
- First Aid Essentials: Choking relief, wound care, fracture management, burn treatment, and more.
- Emergency Recognition: Identify and respond to heart attacks, strokes, and other critical situations.
