LSOC ORIENTATION & REGISTRATION

Event Navigation

The Workforce Orientation and Registration is designed to provide adults, including those over the age of 60, with the necessary tools and information to successfully navigate today’s job market. Our comprehensive orientation sessions cover both the DFTA registration and non-DFTA registration packets, LSOC essential services such as SingleStop Case Managment Services, Resume writing, interview skills, job search strategies, and the effective use of technology in job hunting.

For older adults, we offer additional support and resources tailored to their unique needs and experiences. This includes guidance on career transitions, part-time and flexible job opportunities, and leveraging their extensive experience in the workforce. Our goal is to empower all participants to achieve their career goals, enhance their employability, and improve their overall quality of life.
