One-Day Intensive Glazing Workshop

Get the most out of your GHP glazes! Sometimes you work so hard on your piece just to end up with a glazing disaster. Those days will be in the past, when you take this one-day glaze workshop taught by Haakon Lenzi.
Instruction will focus on glaze application for cone 10. How to apply multiple glazes to the same pot: dipping, brushing, wax and or latex resist. You will also learn how to make the most of washes, including how to make your own wash from mason stains. This workshop is only for GHP students registered within the 2022-23 school year with a focus on our GHP glazes and kilns.

Class meets 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. with a one hour break
Students have studio access from 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Class Requirements
Must be a GHP student enrolled within the 2021-22 school year.
