A practical workshop designed for older adults who are seeking employment or considering re-entering the workforce. The workshop aims to help participants identify their transferable skills and learn how to effectively communicate them through a cover letter.
Qi Gong is a sequence of movements which collects, generates, and circulates chi (vital life energy) This form sits or stands in one place and ultimately moves every joint in the body, mind and spirit.
Friday Night Fun takes place from 6– 9 pm and is open to all children in grades K – 12. Pizza, popcorn, and other light refreshments will be served.
Walking class will meet every Monday to take walks around the West and East Village area. The class will walk for 30 minutes.
Originating in the temples of South India, Bharatanatyam consists of a rich vocabulary of facial expressions, hand gestures, narration, storytelling, and percussive. Members will start with gentle warmup of the hands, fingers, arms, and legs. A final presentation will be held on June 5th, 2023

The workshop aims to help participants develop effective interview skills that will make them stand out to potential employers. Participants will learn how to prepare for an interview, how to answer common interview questions, and how to make a positive impression on the interviewer.
Every last Friday of the month, we'll feature a Dance Party with a different theme. May's month theme will be free-style dance. Light refreshments will be served.
