Uncharted Concert Series and Elebash Artist Residency
The Uncharted Concert Series and Elebash Artist Residency, now in its 12th season, runs each spring at Greenwich House Music School (GHMS) in the West Village of Manhattan. Artists are recommended by presenters, colleagues, and other Uncharted alumni, to apply for the upcoming season for a new project, projects in development, or new collaborations they are working on. Uncharted is a concert series that encourages artists to take risks and work out new or existing material, collaborations, and projects for an intimate concert experience. As part of the Uncharted season, artists will receive the Elebash Artist Residency at the School, which includes:
- Twenty hours of free rehearsal space (w/ backline & tech support provided).
- $5,000 artist residency stipend
- 30-60 minute set for a festival style concert
- 100% of merchandise sales from the concert
- Three camera video shoot footage, audio, and photographs of artists’ performance provided at no charge (with an opportunity to assist in the mix for the audio)
- Artists retain full rights to all work created in residence
- Dedicated curatorial support, including time to craft project narratives and marketing copy
