Caitlin Brown is a ceramic artist, educator, and community arts leader with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, higher education, and communications. She has held leadership roles at the Clay Art Center, Alfred Ceramic Art Museum, the Cohen Gallery, and most recently served as Director of Communications and Outreach for the New York State College of Ceramics and Performing Arts Division at Alfred University.

Caitlin’s work bridges creative practice and community engagement, with expertise in organizational development, public programming, and cross-sector partnerships. She has taught ceramics and professional practices at institutions including Queens College, SUNY Cortland, Marymount Manhattan College, Penn State, Alfred University, 92Y, and Clay Art Center, and has been a resident artist at Mendocino Art Center, the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts, and Clay Art Center.
