Caitlyn Romano, LMHC
Since joining the organization in 2017 as Clinical Services Director before being promoted to Program Director in 2020, Romano has worked tirelessly to reduce the stigma surrounding opioid treatment, harm reduction, and mental health. As the VP of Behavioral Health at Greenwich House, Caitlyn is responsible for overseeing the operations, clinical effectiveness and service quality of 12 MH clinics, 1 OTP, 2 Counseling Centers, and 5 Care Management and Peer Services.
Caitlyn has spent her career working with underserved communities, ensuring their access to services regardless of socio-economic status, race or gender. She tirelessly advocates for dignity in substance use treatment.
Caitlyn has a Community Counseling degree from Fairfield University, CT and is certified as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State.
