Krystal Rosario, LMHC

Krystal Rosario, LMHC, joined Greenwich House Center for Resiliency and Wellness in July 2025. She takes a holistic, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Krystal creates a collaborative, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions while building empowerment, resilience, and personal growth through evidence-based, individualized care.

Before joining Greenwich House, Krystal worked with individuals ranging from 11 to 70 years old at Community Counseling and Mediation, mandated individuals at NY Forensics, and couples at Jason Marx Psychotherapy. Her clinical experience includes treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Dissociative Identity Disorder.

Krystal earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is certified in Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, DID treatment, Overdose Prevention, and Integrating Reiki with Psychotherapy.
