Lindsey Cosgrove

Lindsey Cosgrove joined Greenwich House in August 2023 as the organization’s first Chief of Staff. Cosgrove has over a decade of diverse non-profit experience spanning strategic planning, fundraising, board interactions, and strategic communications.

Prior to this role, she was the Chief Strategy Officer at Girl Scouts of Greater New York. Starting her journey there as a fundraiser, Cosgrove’s raised millions of dollars during her eight-year tenure. She facilitated two strategic planning processes; guided marketing, public relations, and external communications for the highly recognizable brands of both Girl Scouts and Troop 6000, which she helped launch. She also successfully transitioned the Girl Scout Cookie Program to an e-commerce platform, transforming the organization’s primary revenue channel.

Cosgrove worked to champion arts access, notably with the Greenwich House Music School, under the National Guild for Community Arts Education banner.

She holds a B.A. in Music Education from the University of Mary Washington and an M.A. in Urban Education Policy from Brown University. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is an adept musician and is the Vice Chair of the Pipeline Theatre Company’s Board of Directors.
