Marlene A. Duckoff, MPAS, PA-C

Marlene A. Duckoff, MPAS, PA-C is a Physician Assistant at the Greenwich House Center for Healing. She provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for individuals living with substance use disorders, with a focus on buprenorphine treatment, hepatitis C care, and harm reduction strategies.

Marlene brings deep experience in community health and patient advocacy to her role. She works closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, reduce stigma, and support each person’s path toward recovery. She is certified to perform all OASAS/SAMHSA-waived tasks under the supervision of the Medical Director and is trained in overdose prevention and telemedicine for hepatitis C care.

Prior to joining Greenwich House in 2017, Marlene served as a primary care provider at Family Health Care Network Clinic in California, where she provided care to medically underserved communities across a wide range of specialties, including women’s health, dermatology, and mental health.

Marlene is a board-certified Physician Assistant, licensed in New York and California. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College and her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the City College of New York’s Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany.

Marlene is fluent in both English and Spanish and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the New York State Society of Physician Assistants, and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
