Meredith Zicht, LCSW-R

Meredith Zicht, LCSW-R, is a seasoned clinical leader with more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, and program management. She joined Greenwich House in 2024 as Clinic Director of the Center for Healing, where she oversees clinical operations and guides care for individuals and families navigating recovery and mental health challenges.

Meredith previously held leadership roles at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital, including managing inpatient detox and rehabilitation services and directing outpatient opioid treatment clinics serving hundreds of patients daily. She has also served as Clinic Director at START Treatment and Recovery Center and as Clinical Director at Narco Freedom, with expertise spanning program development, quality assurance, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.

Her career reflects a deep commitment to building safe, supportive environments for recovery and to strengthening systems of care for people living with substance use disorders, mental illness, and co-occurring health needs.
