Noel Matos

Noel Matos joined Greenwich House in September 2023 as the organization’s first Vice President of Operations, a role created as part of a strategic realignment to enhance operational management and support across all programs. Equipped with an MBA earned from Binghamton University, he brings over a decade of operational experience spanning both non-profit and for-profit sectors.     

Most recently, Noel was Director of Operations in the education sector, designing operational systems in multi-school systems from the ground up. He led multiple facilities’ transformations, enhancing logistical support and implementing innovative tech-driven operations, ultimately modernizing infrastructure.     

At Greenwich House, Matos oversees information & technology, facilities, security, safety, property management, and special projects, all of which are pivotal in refining internal processes, fortifying administrative systems, nurturing key external partnerships, and supporting each team and their individual operational needs. Noel is proficient in a range of systems and tools and is dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation in operational leadership within Greenwich House.
