Noorjahan Wells

Noorjahan Wells joined Greenwich House in August 2025 as Director of Workforce Services at the Lifelong Skills and Opportunity Center. She brings over 12 years of experience leading employment programs, developing employer partnerships, and creating pathways to economic opportunity.

Before Greenwich House, Noori held leadership roles at Nontraditional Employment for Women, MAXIMUS, Jericho Project, and Westhab, where she oversaw job readiness initiatives, supervised staff, and collaborated with industry partners to expand career access.

She holds a B.S. in Health & Human Services from Medaille College, an M.S. in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State College, and is a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor. She is currently completing her Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership and Social Justice at St. John Fisher College.
