Sandra Pottinger-Mitchell is a seasoned business management professional with over 20 years of experience executing large-scale operational transactions and strategic planning. With a versatile background spanning the non-profit, healthcare, and entertainment industries, she has a proven track record of optimizing workflows, managing complex financial operations, and leading high-performing teams.
In her most recent role as Director of Administration for Heights and Hills, Sandra managed the agency’s operating budget and successfully tripled the organization’s workforce. Her expertise extends across human resources, risk mitigation, and end-to-end project management, consistently delivering results that increase efficiency and organizational capacity.
Beyond her professional achievements, Sandra is deeply committed to community and mentorship.
