Shoanyn Palomeque

Shoanyn Palomeque, MSW joined Greenwich House’s Center for Resiliency and Wellness in August 2023. Her focus on youth, families, and transition contributes to the populations through emphasizing the cultural diversity component amongst the fast growing demographic throughout the boroughs of the New York area.  

Previously, Ms. Palomeque worked as a Clinician at Cayuga Centers for unaccompanied children. Mental Health. There she was responsible for conducting initial assessments of clients and providing ongoing individual, family and group psychotherapy. She has also worked as Substance Use Counselor for ACI Chemical Dependency treatment center, Social Worker for Partnership with Children and Sheltering Arms and Family Services.    

Ms. Palomeque obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Hunter College of the City University of New York and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University.
