Syd Walter

Syd Walter has been podcasting for the past five years covering human interest stories in the nature of This American Life. Her podcast Teen-y was nominated for a Webby Award for best non-fiction podcast episode, and she recently received a grant to produce a podcast titled Find X about fracture in the United States which will be coming out mid-September. Syd is a Sophomore at Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, N.Y and is passionate about storytelling, telling the truth, and working through the hard parts. In her class Syd will empower students to gain confidence in storytelling skills which span beyond just the classroom, but support a student’s personhood.
