Talia Saxe, LMSW

Talia Saxe joined Greenwich House’s Center for Resiliency and Wellness as a therapist in June 2024. She is happy to rejoin the Greenwich House team after interning in 2022.
Prior to joining Greenwich House, Talia worked in a group practice providing comprehensive DBT. She has also worked providing in-home services to children in foster care. Talia’s training includes trauma-focused CBT and DBT. Talia approaches therapy with a collaborative spirit. Her aim is combine validation and warmth with practical strategies to navigate challenges.
Talia graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy. Prior to attending social work school, she obtained an MFA in Creative Nonfiction. She attended social work school at the Silver School of Social Work at NYU.
