Through her work, Arizola-Lyons archives the specialness & superficiality of identities shaped by the internet, popular culture, and consumerism. To her, being a girl is largely about the balance of one’s inner & outer worlds. Her pieces serve as love letters to feminine desire, honoring what is both cute and animalistic in all of us.
