Whitney Saulsberry
Whitney Saulsberry is a nonprofit leader with over 13 years of experience advancing youth development, education, health, and equity. She has held leadership roles at Harlem Children’s Zone, where she directed the national replication of the Healthy Harlem initiative, managed multi-million-dollar program portfolios, and built strategic partnerships with school districts, universities, and community organizations nationwide.
Her work bridges program design and community engagement, with expertise in scaling wellness initiatives, leading cross-sector collaborations, and creating joyful environments where young people can thrive. Whitney also serves on the Board of Directors at Harvest Home Farmers Market, supporting efforts to increase access to fresh, local produce across New York City.
