Wilson Polonia

Wilson Polonia joined Greenwich House in December 2023 as the new Director of Facilities. He brings over two decades of property management experience for commercial and residential buildings.

At Greenwich House, Wilson oversees day-to-day operations and general maintenance across the organization’s ten program locations. He directs all facilities functions to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

He is a certified and licensed Fire and Life Safety Director.
