Women’s History Month HERstory: Gail Rivers

Gail Rivers has recently been elected to serve on the Advisory Council of Our Lady of Pompeii Older Adult Center! Gail is determined to help the Center by listening to member feedback and making improvements based on suggestions. 

Gail’s proudest achievements are publishing her book “Southern Gals”, performing in multiple plays, participating in a COVID vaccine trial that resulted in saving thousands of lives, and raising two children. 

Some of the things Gail values as a member of Our Lady of Pompeii are the staff, chatting with other members, classes, food, theater tickets, and great music! Her goals in life are to expand on her many talents including poetry, singing, traveling, and meeting new people.
