Dance Clarinets Present the Music of Joseph Daley

Greenwich House Music School’s adult woodwinds ensemble Dance Clarinets will be presenting the world premiere of “Colorations and Explorations” by Joseph Daley, commissioned by Greenwich House Music School with assistance from the Department of Cultural Affairs.

After 50 years of working with some of the most remarkable artists in the adventurous music scene, Joseph Daley has emerged as one of jazz and contemporary music’s most exciting leaders and composers. His albums The Seven Deadly Sins and The Seven Heavenly Virtues earned rave reviews and secured a spot on several Best of the Year lists thanks to his innovative contemporary take on the tradition of Charles Mingus, Duke Ellington and George Russell.

Tickets are $15 general/$10 students and seniors at the door
