She meets with clients both in-person and via telehealth.

She has experience working with teens and adults from various backgrounds facing diverse challenges including major life transitions, aging, illness/disability, parenting, infertility, grief, loneliness, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

Frances graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Biology, and pursued her Master of Social Work from New York University. In the intervening 15 years between those educational experiences, she worked in teaching, neuroscience research, publishing, and marketing.

Her preferred self-care techniques include taking long walks while listening to podcasts, practicing mindfulness meditation, and laughing way too hard at her own jokes.
