Jian Trujillo
Jian’s four-year journey in social services exemplifies his unwavering commitment to community support and personal growth. Starting as a job developer, he quickly expanded his role to include case management, eventually rising to supervise case managers and staff. His passion for helping others led him to the Department of Homeless Services, where he focused on migrant case management.
Now, as a “One Stop Shop” case manager at the Lifelong Skills and Opportunity Center, Jian leverages his diverse experience to serve clients of all ages and demographics. With each role, Jian has deepened his expertise and reinforced his dedication to empowering individuals and fostering community resilience. He approaches his work not just as a career, but as a calling to create lasting positive change, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and impact in the field of social services.
